He was born in Passaic, New Jersey. At the age of 7, he moved with his family to Luquillo, Puerto Rico. 7 years after arriving in Puerto Rico, his family moved to Fajardo where he graduated from Dr. Santiago Veve Calzada High School. Once he completed high school he spent several months in college before deciding to join the US Army in March of 1989.

While on duty he served in Gulf War from 1990 to 1991 in both Saidi Arabia and Iraq. During his time in the United States Army, he obtained the following achievements: Honor Graduate of the US Army Senior Leadership Course (2011). He was the Operational Regional Manager of Human Resources of the US Army-NY Command. Selected as “Leader of the Year” of the year on 7 occasions. After returning from the Gulf War in the summer of 1991, he married the love of his life, Jennie Moya. They have 3 children. Irving served in the US Army for 23 years, which took him to many parts of the United States and South Korea.

While in the military his wife proposed going to a real estate investment training in 2007. After a few years of experience, he began participating as a trainer.

He has currently trained thousands of people in the areas of real estate investing, business entrepreneurship, sales, negotiation, and personal development.

In his training as a real estate entrepreneur, he has the following achievements; studies in industrial and organizational psychology, and real estate investing courses at the following institutions: James Smith Real Estate Education, Wealth Rock, Jeff Adams, Ron LeGrand, and Jack Miller’s Options and Creative Finance. Mortgage Loan Originator Course (Real Estate). Sales Courses: The DNA Selling Method by Patrick Henry Hansen, and Zig Ziglar.

Today Irving Moya is an entrepreneur, investor, investment loan specialist, public speaker in the field of investments and personal development, as well as a writer.
